All furniture within the house is new (2023) including bed mattresses.
House has double level deck's so privacy is easy for each floor/bedroom looking at lake.
Easy direct access to lake from back yard for swimming and fishing. The downstairs bedroom closest has 6 fishing rods and some light tackle you are welcome to use. Fishing from property edge of home is easily assessable. Great fishing for bass, perch and catfish.

The lower deck facing water has two hammock swinging chairs, corn hole boards and ring toss boards. In the storage unit on back lower deck = some chairs / life jacket / swimming noodles and other swimming gear you are welcome to use for lake.

Dynasty Spa Hot Tub – 3 person MAX. PH/Chemicals/Cleaning/Water drained & perfectly maintained after each booking.

Game-room in loft has 2 Arcade stand up game w/150+ games including Golden Tee GOLF & MS PACMAN! Also has Stand up Electronic Darts and Ring Catch.
New whole house purified water system.
House is professionally treated quarterly inside & out by Terminix.
65” 4K Smart TV in Living room with HUGE DVD Library for movie/kid night

You can FISH & SWIM directly from the bank in front of the lake house. I recommend lake/water shoes. The lower deck storage box has swimming supplies you are welcome to also use during your stay.

*A Public boat ramp and swimming area is 1.2 miles from Lake House - 27796 Strawberry Ln Golden 65658 - This is a very private boat ramp to put in and take out if needed and you plenty of room in front of house or driveway to keep everything hooked/stored. Lake shoes are recommended.

*Eagle Rock Park - 7 miles from Lake House. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Location has a SWIM BEACH, playground, Picnic Tables, Showers/Restrooms, Fishing & Boat Ramps.

• Boat/Jet Ski Rentals = 2 Marinas nearby:
Eagle Rock Marina – 7.8 miles by land and less than 1 mile by water - Large area to launch your boat. You can also check into storage slip fees if interested. They have fuel and restaurant as well. You can rent boats and supplies. Contact Eagle Rock Marina for more details @ four one seven - two seven one - three three nine eight.
Public swimming/beach/picnic/bathrooms/showers/camping area is across the street from marina.

Big M Marina – 19 miles by land and less than one by water.
Rent boats via their website bigmmarina dot com.
They also have boat captains available to reserve so they can drive you around the lake, etc.
