River House on the Beautiful Rogue River

Yes, comes with your own boat ramp, just add fish!
Newly remodeled vacation home with a spacious great room along with a full window view of the magnificent Rogue River, includes hot tub! (swim and tub at own risk)
Home has 3 bedrooms with two kings and one queen . 2 1/2 baths and a bonus room that can sleep additional guests. It has a large kitchen with all new appliances, cooking island, coffee bar and wine cooler for relaxing at the end of the day. If you decide to stay in for the day there are 2 separate big screen TV’s, a game table and a wood stove to stay cozy (firewood not included).
There is a large covered deck on the river side with a great BBQ (included) space for entertaining or seclusion, just add the Kabob's.
The backyard includes an outdoor fire pit to enjoy the cool evening breeze from the river (firewood not included).
Fishing? Yes whether you bring your own boat or hire a local guide, the Rogue is famous for great Salmon, Steelhead and Trout fishing. Don't forget your drift boat, kayak or tubes you can launch from the property, or just chill on the bank in your favorite lounge chair.
The River House is located between Medford and Grants Pass with easy access to Ashland and historical Jacksonville. Not to mention a possible tour of the Rogue Valley wineries and all the great areas Southern Oregon has to offer.

Enjoyable getaway
We have stayed at this property a number of times now, and each has been more relaxing than the last. The area is great for exploring different interests; wineries, antiques, food or just reading and hanging by the river. First time for our friends and they loved the house and property. The mystery house (vortex) was a hit too. Looking forward to hopefully staying again.

Fall in River House
This property is comfortably appointed, has a beautiful layout and provides gorgeous views of the Rogue River and surrounding mountains. Its close to shopping and recreation. The hosts are generous and accommodating and provide exceptional customer service. Our family will happily return as often as possible!

National Park getaway
My wife and I stayed here for a week to explore 3 national parks. A great location if you are trying to do all 3 (still 1300 miles in a week to see them all). The hot tub is perfect for resting those tired hiking legs. The deck overlooking the river is wonderful. The house has everything you will need or want! We would definitely stay here again!!

We have been to this wonderful river house three times now. The house has all you need for a comfortable, homey stay. With the hot tub, the lawn, and the property down to the river there is much to do! We love this house!

It’s as picturesque as the photos. You are so close to nature with the river at your feet but still very close to the town which is very convenient. The house is so welcoming and has everything you need including a very nice hot tub.

Rogue River Retreat
This is a beautiful spot to relax, especially on the spacious back deck/porch overlooking the Rogue River. We cooked big meals, played games, lounged in the hot tub, fished in the river and enjoyed good company. It was a great place for us to be between trips to the Redwoods and Crater Lake.

Get away from hot weather in Nevada

Highly recommend this property. Beautiful location right on the Rogue River. House is newly remodeled. Very nice for large family stay. Fantastic kitchen and wonderful open living/dining room. Will come back the next time we visit the Medford area.

A nice getaway
We have stayed here a few times now and it's been a really nice getaway each time. The property mgr/owner(s) are easy to work with and get back to you quickly with answers to any questions. The property is central to so much in the southern part of the state you can find something to do or like us just relax and enjoy the river. Great fenced yard for our dog, loves exploring the whole property. Looking forward to staying again.

Beautiful Setting!
We travel to this area most falls, and this house/river setting is our favorite! There is easy access to the freeway for shopping and, of course, to the river for fishing! Communication with the owners was very easy with timely answers. The house was very comfortable and so clean when we arrived. We will definitely stay here again!

Autumn on the Rogue
This spacious and well appointed home on the river was the perfect spot for us. Fully equipped large kitchen, jacuzzi was nice, comfortable beds and all the bathroom necessities were provided. These hosts have thought of everything. We would love to come back again.

Excellent river house
I loved the layout of the house and the feel. The beds were wonderfully comfortable with really soft sheets. We enjoyed a game of sorry and my daughter loved the bar seating. I enjoyed the porched and a little time in the river. We didnt use the hot tub but loved that oprion. What a great area and house we will return!

Glorious, Relaxing Time Overlooking Rogue River
We were a group of 3 older women friends looking for a quiet, restful long weekend and found that and more at this beautiful VRBO situated overlooking the Rogue River. We particularly enjoyed our coffee in the morning and wine in the evening, sitting on the deck watching the river go by, listening to the birds and breeze, and the quiet. A very comfortable and well appointed house, with plenty of room to spread out. Well equipped (and beautiful) kitchen, although we didn't do much cooking. The beds were extremely comfortable. Lovely linens and towels. And this was the first VRBO any of us had stayed in that even provided toothbrushes and toothpaste! Highly recommend!

Relaxing
This was our second time staying at this property. It was just as good as the first time. Relaxing on the deck is my favorite thing to do, enjoying the river. Our dog loved the backyard as did we. Had 2 other family members join us for a few days and they really enjoyed their time with us. Took them to a few local sights, the vortex and Jacksonville. Mostly we relaxed, reading, doing puzzles (nice there were a few already there). It was our time to not have to do anything and it was just what we needed. Doug was always spot on and quick to reply to any questions we had. Thank you Doug and Krysti for letting us enjoy your river home.
