"House was great for a large group. Plenty of room for everyone to visit and nice big kitchen. Beautiful property, great location for Medford, Jacksonville and Central Point shopping and restaurants. However, there is not enough bedding or towels for 12 people. Towels had to be washed daily and there are no extra blankets for the couches that had to be used to accommodate 12. And total bummer that when we were there the hot tub was not working."

"This large home worked well for our family group of eight adults and two children. It is definitely a work in progress as stated in the description. The remodeled kitchen and finished areas are great and it could be really fabulous when the rest of the house and pool area are finished. "Overall a beautiful place, very cozy! Property is stunning! Octagon is very clean, nice space, cozy bed! The hot tub was awesome and wonderfully warm, nice to relax! Loved looking down at the river, it’s beautiful! Hot water heater failed so showers got a bit brisk! Owner worked to try and fix this, but no luck on the weekend! We may come back for a summer visit, to take advantage of the pool, the river, some campfires and sunshine "

"This was my first time getting anything that was not a hotel and I gotta say Rosie was amazing. She had everything you could think of and everything you forgot to think of. She also had these amazing fuzzy robes for option of purchase AND she made us some amazing homemade chilli and cornbread. She was very attentive and yet allowed us our privacy. We will 100% be staying here again!"
