"House was great for a large group. Plenty of room for everyone to visit and nice big kitchen. Beautiful property, great location for Medford, Jacksonville and Central Point shopping and restaurants. However, there is not enough bedding or towels for 12 people. Towels had to be washed daily and there are no extra blankets for the couches that had to be used to accommodate 12. And total bummer that when we were there the hot tub was not working."

"This large home worked well for our family group of eight adults and two children. It is definitely a work in progress as stated in the description. The remodeled kitchen and finished areas are great and it could be really fabulous when the rest of the house and pool area are finished. There are multiple gathering spots inside and overall wonderful location and views. "Our stay was wonderful. Every need was meet, from having toddler high chairs and pac n plays, to all appliances needed for adult comfort. Highly recommend! Great property, great hosts!"

"I stay at this property at least once a year, often twice. The tv never works for me! They moved me to a new room this time and the tv worked in that room but couldn’t adjust the brightness so I couldn’t really see it. Not a deal breaker for me though and I will use this place again!"

"We'd planned a trip to the coast but the road was blocked the day we were going to leave so we opted for a more local getaway. Ashland Springs, in the heart of Ashland, offers a world-away feel more than any other site in the valley. It's a beautifully restored, classic, old hotel. Our view room over the holiday lights of town could not have been nicer."

"Service was incredible! The room was clean and the hotel provided trolleys for us to take our luggage up. The location is right by the highway, so it’s the perfect place to stop on a road trip. The area felt very safe. Would stay again!"
