OUR HOME is a stylishly furnished, comfortable, 2 level home with polished floorboards throughout. The upstairs open plan kitchen/living/dining area has vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace and sliding doors leading to the outdoor entertainment terrace, garden, lawns & pool. The laundry, 3 double bedrooms, modern bathroom & separate WC are also located on this level. Downstairs there is a large study room/4th bedroom with a desk, 2 single beds (king single and a stowaway) and a small bathroom with toilet & shower.

CHILD FRIENDLY Both the rear garden and the pool are fully fenced and adjacent to a big lawn area where the kids can play – all easily visible from the kitchen and outdoor terrace. There are plenty of kids’ movies to keep your children entertained, plus we can offer a highchair and portacot at no extra cost. The Broadwater beaches, parks & kids playgrounds are just down the street.
OUR LOCATION: We have an enviable hilltop location in a quiet residential street in Labrador (just north of Surfers Paradise), offering panoramic coastline views and balmy sea breezes. We are so handy to everything….just a short stroll down the street to the alfresco cafes, restaurants & bars along the waterfront. The Broadwater offers a wide range of outdoor recreational activities including beaches & swimming lagoon, kids playgrounds, watersports, fishing, boating, waterside parks & walking tracks.
- 5 mins drive to Harbour Town Shopping Centre for supermarket & grocery stores, discounted fashion outlets, fast food outlets, Dan Murphy’s liquor, restaurants, cafes & movie theatres. (there are several smaller shopping outlets located even closer)
- 10 mins drive to Theme Parks – Sea World, Movie World, Dreamworld, Wet’n Wild
- 8 mins drive to access the M1 Motorway for travel to Brisbane or Gold Coast Airports

Terms & Conditions:
Pets: Small breed dogs (adults under 10kg and fully house trained) may be considered upon application to the owner. Sorry to other pets allowed at any time. A minimal charge of $70 per pet per stay will be levied. (max 2 dogs)
A maximum of 8 guests (+ baby/toddler under 3yrs)
No smoking inside the house at any time (outside OK)
Minimum age to rent is 25 years.
Parties, functions and gatherings of visitors are NOT ALLOWED. e.g. bucks nights, hens nights, raves, wedding receptions or similar parties.
NO SCHOOLIES or groups of young adults under 25 years! This is not a “party” house!
A standard cleaning fee, plus security bond applies to all bookings. Sorry, no exceptions.
Note: We cater to family groups, couples, corporate guests and friends wishing to holiday together. Our home is situated in a quiet residential suburb and in consideration to our neighbours we request all guests to keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential "quiet time" between 10pm-8am.
