Beautiful ocean views, clean and well presented. Staff were friendly and helpful we had a small problem but it was fixed by the time we came back to our room. Great position for club and eateries.Will definitely be booking again.

Great location and great pool area. We have stayed here many times and it has always been good. Unfortunately this time our room was very average. Not all that clean. Caddy’s falling off the wall in the showers. Curtains dirty. Chipped glassware. Revamp needed!

The room was not similar to what is advertised on your booking site , no ocean view. Every pic on description showed a full ocean view. Management said they can't change- take it up with hotel.com but they could not be contacted past the 'bot' chat. Very unhappy with both
