Kirra Vista 9 is located on the first floor (walk up) in the heart of Kirra.

The apartment offers a modern, fresh atmosphere throughout. Featuring comfortable furnishings and ocean views, this is perfect for your next family holiday!

The master bedroom offers a queen bed, the second bedroom offers 2 single beds and the bathroom has a walk in shower.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances including a dishwasher, and the lounge room offers TV, DVD player and beautiful ocean views.

* Please note, this property does not offer Wi-Fi.

Step onto the balcony and enjoy the stunning ocean views! This is the perfect spot to watch the Cooly Rocks On festival, and to enjoy whale watching in winter.

Parking available for one car in the secure basement parking area.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property at anytime.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 4 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

An older property compared to the units surrounding it but renovated nicely to have a more modern feel. Great location and would comfortably house a small family for a stay. Convenient location to cafes and restaurants within walking distance or even a very short drive to Coolangatta. Beautiful beach straight across the road. Not sure what else you could ask for!
