Coffee and Tea: Premium brands, individually packed. Includes a box of Nestle coffee sticks, Twinings tea bags, and sugar packets.

Cooking basics (black pepper, Himalayan pink salt, oil spray) are provided for a smooth start!

Also available: aluminum foil, plastic wrap, wine glasses, coconut juice cups, mugs, plates, bowls, a set of mixing bowls, wine opener，cutlery (knives, forks, spoons), cookware, oven mitts, placemats, tea towels, knives, cutting board. Laundry detergent, cleaning cloth, dish sponge, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap), napkins, and tissues.

NO PARTY RULES and QUIET HOURS

Our house is not suitable for parties and events. The neighbour will call either me, our local security patrol or the police if noise is excessive after 9pm.

We had issues with guests using our house for parties before and Airbnb has helped us to install a noise monitor (For more info please search MINUT online) in our outdoor area. It is camera free and simply monitors sound level in the area. It does not listen in on conversations or capture any data. This device is fully integrated with AIRBNB and when excessive noise (over 75 dBs) is detected during our quiet hour (9 pm - 8am second day), an alarm will be sent off to you through Airbnb to remind you to keep the noise down and move your activities inside our home. If the noise persists, I will try to contact you first and resolve any issues with you. If I cannot reach you or the noise persists after our call, the local safety patrol or police wil be informed and further actions will be taken.
