Ok property in good location
Great location: we walked everywhere. ‘Villa’ is a stretch. More of concrete brick flat behind/above shops. White paint and laminate floor. Wifi not in all rooms . No AC in one bedroom. A balcony would have made it much better. Oddly we had to vacuum before leaving. For the price I think you could do better.

Laneway hell
The property does not have a front entrance therefore entry is via a lane way that is littered with rubbish and broken glass. There are stairs to enter the property with no lift which makes it hard for people with disabilities. Very loud roadworks at night made it difficult to sleep. We should have been told about the roadworks prior to Checkin.
