River was nice
We loved the river and enjoyed the hot tub. The house needs work. It was clean, but worn out. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The flooring was really worn out too. The yard needs to be mowed. Overall it needs a lot of TLC.

The location of this little cabin is beautiful. River view. Bridge view. Mountain View’s. The cabin itself left much to be desired. I’ll preface this next part with this. I've stayed in a lot of rentals and I’m not a picky or high maintenance person. This was probably the worst appointed rental I’ve ever been in. We were there for 3 nights. They left us a half roll of paper towels and 1 dish towel. Housekeeping did bring us more paper towels after I texted Vacasa. The oven was dirty, disgusting in fact. The kitchen was not well stocked at all. Most of the dishes had chips in them. I could go on. But there’s more. There were no instructions in the cabin or online for any of the other amenities. Nothing for the hot tub, fireplace or TV. The description says there’s a full library of movies. They were all play station games. The satellite was not hooked up so even if we wanted to watch something that was not an option. There were no extra blankets. Just the comforter on the bed. The loft was too scary & small to even go up into. The toilet seat was broken. We kept having to hook it back on so we wouldn’t fall off. The yard was basic. And based on the pictures it looked like you could easy access the water. You can’t. You have to scale down some large boulders before getting to even ground beside the water. This cabin could be an amazing little place with just a little bit of updating and love. Felt pretty deceived by the pictures.

Beautiful view, overall very cosy cabin. Only drawback was the kitchen.
Beautiful river views from the windows, the hot tub worked great and felt decently private (although you can see the neighbors a bit on either side of the privacy screen), and it was nice that it is close enough to stores. Inside was very clean and cozy other than the dishwasher. It was covered in mold and was also broken (only had the top pull out section), which was pretty gross and called into question the cleanliness of the dishes. Other than that, the bed was pretty comfortable, they had thoughtful equipment available for pet owners, and they had plenty of towels and good guest instructions. There were no dinner knives and the kitchen equipment is pretty limited so keep that in mind (only have one oven baking pan, no foil/parchment paper, etc), but did come stocked with helpful things like wine/beer openers, a microwave, coffee pot, etc. The road is decently busy and in view of certain angles, but inside the cabin you can hear zero noise which is nice, and the river sound distracts while outside. As mentioned in other reviews, it's a bit of a dicey walk to the river directly out of the cabin, but we walked about 15 minutes down the road to a parking area and walked along the river a bit from there.

Acceptable Accommodations
The home is tucked away a few miles off Rte 2. The approach through the neighborhood offers a rustic sense of wilderness. The roads are well maintained. The location along the river is spectacular as is the outdoor space surrounding the home. The interior of the home leaves much to be desired. While there are some efforts to maintain an updated interior there are a few areas where money could be spent to dramatically improve the experience. The first suggestion would be to replace the couch (very uncomfortable). The storage space for clothes and personal belongings is poor in the main bedroom. The bathroom is small and the sink was not affixed to the wall so if any weight is placed on the front of the vanity, it tips forward (making a big mess). The kitchen was acceptable with a coffee maker, a ton of utensils, pots, pans, cutting boards, and knives. It is time to replace the cover on the hot tub. It was impossible to remove the cover of the hot tub as it was decomposing and completely water-logged. The owners provide a Sony PS2 which was fun for my kids as well as access to digital media (Netflix, YouTube, etc). We probably would look for a bit more value in a home for our text trip to Washington. The property manager for the home was exceptionally responsive with prompt help when needed. Thank you.

Great location
This cabin will definitely give you the cozy experience of a cabin, kitchen is nice and has everything you need, the location and view is perfect! It also has a gated entrance to the neighborhood so it gives you the extra sense of security. Hottub was perfect and the interior of the cabin was great too.

Looks better online
Lot of things we’re broken such as an outride chair by the fire pit, no racks in dishwasher it was broken. No water pressure in shower and neighbors across the street were so loud partying all night. No privacy and neighbors are right next to you. We reserved four days but ended up checking out after one day. A lot of things were falling apart on the property. You could tell they didn’t maintain it good and then it felt like you were in a college neighborhood. Not what we were looking for, When I asked for part of a refund I was told no.

Superb quiet location with river view and hot tub under the stars.
Too bad the beautiful property is not maintained the way it should be. The kitchen inventory was also incomplete (for example a broken coffee machine).

Gorgeous location
The views are amazing! The home was clean and charming, with just a few small issues. The fire pit and chairs were perfect and the hot tub was a toasty 104 and ready when we arrived. River access was challenging as described. The pine smell was amazing but the river sounds competed with the constant semi traffic on the nearby freeway (which echoed across the river) and the passing trains. It is in a gated community which is nice, with close but unobtrusive neighbors. The mattress in the main bedroom wasn't great and the loft was really only fit for grade school age...old enough to climb a ladder but not so big that you will bonk your head repeatedly (like my slender 5'3 teen did). Overall glad I booked. We made many great memories!

Quaint and Relaxing
This was a wonderful little stay for us. We stayed 2 nights and found the peace we were looking for. Unfortunately, we did lock ourselves out the first night...and barely remembered the door code, and there were damp, dirty towels behind the front door forgotten from the cleaning, but neither of those dampened our wonderful experience. We would love to return when the river is a bit lower too to walk around a bit. Wonderful trip!

Rainy Getaway
The cabin on the river was a great place to spend a secluded weekend. We were there during the atmospheric river so we didn't get to explore the area as much as we had hoped, but the cabin came equipped with everything we needed for a rainy day. Tons of games, a smart TV, and a hot tub made it so we were never bored! The roaring river out the window was an impressive sight to see. Hopefully we'll be back in better weather to take advantage of the fire pit :)

Great location, great property
Fantastic property and location. A few minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed: oven light burnt out, electric fireplace makes a horrible noise that renders it useless, couldn’t get the ps2 or dish tv to work, some written instructions would have been handy. The key code lock is risky because it’s not clear when it’s locked or unlocked. I remembered the code after about 5 tries, but a warning and instructions if you do that would have been nice.

Great view but issues
The view across the river is wonderful, and the cabin is comfortable. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. The private, dead-end road was good for walking our dog. However, river access is not as convenient as the pictures depict and would require climbing over some rocks. My wife and I, both in our 70s, wouldn't let our dog try either. Cabin furnishings need attention. The dishwasher need to be secured, as we were afraid it would fall over whenever we opened it. There's a DirecTV receiver and remote, but we couldn't get it to work. We kept getting the same error message, and DirecTV couldn't help us without the account number. Frustrating!

Needs repairs in bathroom and some cleaning
The bathroom washroom would not drain water. The blocking part was stuck in the wash basin and had to be manually lifted in order to let the water drain. Rest area is nice and location is nice and relaxing. Tv works and ps2 was nice. However, the games could be better collection. Tekken/Mortal Kombat or Fifa. The bedroom is ok and needs some repairs in the nightstands. The bathroom fan is too noisy.

Pictures are deceiving
NOT AS ADVERTIZED; NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I have stayed at vrbos for 20 years all over the world and have a lot of experience with many different kinds of locations and this stay was one of the worst. Felt duped. phone service is extremely spotty so don’t rely on having access in order to check in. Need gate code and door code to access which they won’t give you until day 1. RV and cabin are on either side; no fence or privacy. Noise from Highway 2 traffic, semis etc continuous, slows at night. Had to empty dishwasher to access dishes. Upside down Plastic cups with milk water inside was very disgusting. No teaspoons and very few forks or knives. No potholders, broken sink drain cup, dirt and pine needles in cupboards and no shelf liners. Deck area is very dangerous with wobbly railing and lots of areas for dogs and small children to fall; should never leave them unattended. Could not find smoke alarm. Everything is falling apart; not taken care of. No ice maker so have to do without ice or hope the person who filled the trays didn’t do anything to them. View is beautiful if you don’t mind staring at 2 dish tv discs as well. RV neighbor and dog very friendly but not intrusive. Did not use hot tub; didn’t trust the cleanliness factor given state of home. Worth half the price, if that.

Cute but could be so much better
We had a relaxing weekend on the river. There was a few things that could have been better. It was clean but smelled like dogs so we had to air it out. There was a missing light bulb, toilet rocked, shower leaked, washer and dryer was dirty (scum build up) dish washer was not mounted and water puddles in the bottom, bedroom carpet was damp and filled with stains, direct TV did not work, fishing poles provided were broke (thank goodness I brought my own because the salmon were jumping 24/7), landscape was neglected and overgrown, hot tub had a bunch of pine needles and sand. With a cleaning service that actually cleaned, disinfected and an efficient maintenance crew that fixed things properly this little cabin would be perfect. The neighbor and his dog was so sweet too and enjoyed taking about fish!!!
