"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying....

"Most of the elements of our stay were great. The room was quite nice, with great wi-fi, TV, etc. It had a fridge, though a small one. The batroom as nice and clean. We had a nice balcony with chairs, facing the wooded area. Cafes and restaurants were quite nice. The buffet breakfast was really great. The spa area were nice as well. "

"Beautifully located hotel, close to the beach (a few minutes), with very friendly service and a nicely renovated lobby and reception area. The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... However the nice service and rather good breakfast make up for it. "

"Alles in allem ein tolle Unterkunft für einen Familienurlaub. Das Apartment ist mehr als Großzügig und die Ausstattung zweckmässig, das Badezimmer mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Die Rezeption wirkte unterbesetzt für einen Freitag als Anreisetag, hier mussten wir ca 30 Minuten für das Einchecken warten. Mr. Lukasz and the staf were very friendly and professional and were always willing to do all what is in their power to make my stay as pleasurable as possible. "Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Golfplatz raus und es war wirklich sehr ruhig ab 22 Uhr, sodass man auch mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte. "After an early glitch with access using the key card I really appreciated this luxurious hotel. Grand piano in the entrance hall, large and comfortable bedroom with seating area. "Unser Aufenthalt war super. Die Lage war top. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns allen von 10Jahre bis 43Jahren super gefallen. Es hat uns nix gefällt. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Wir durften die Ostsee mit Schnee und Eis erleben. Von außen muss noch einiges gemacht werden, aber das würde uns mitgeteilt. Und uns hat das nicht gestört. Wir werden es weiterempfehlen."
