"الفله فخمه ومميزه ديكوراتها وتقسيمها رائع مسبح والعاب متعدده للأطفال مؤثثه بالكامل مرتفعه قليلا لكن تطل على يلوا وبحر يلوا السيئه الوحيده هو موقع HOTELS حجزت عن طريقه والغي الحجز مرتين دون اخباري وصلت لموقع الفله واخبرني بان الحجز ملغى تواصلت مع موقع HOTELS ولم اجد نتيجه. بالاخير حجزت من امام المنزل مره ثالثه واطلعت صاحب المنزل على الحجز وقال موافق بشرط ان تسكن يومين فقط . لا أعلم المشكله هل من موقع HOTELS ام من صاحب العقار لكن موقع HOTELS لا يحمي العميل فتخيل تحجز وعند وصولك تكتشف ان الحجز...

"I have enjoyed my stay at Almassa aparthotel very much. It was very clean and the receptionist Mr Hossam is kind and helpful. He gave us a lot of information and provided extra covers and pillows. He helped us with the hot bath and sauna. This facility is great to have in the same place so we didn’t need to go outside. The city is like a village and very nice and friendly people.
