Hotel cumpriu o básico. A cama bem grande e confortável, mas apenas isso em relação à acomodação em si. Café da manhã bom e atendimento muito prestativo e educado. Mas infelizmente precisa de uma reforma. Os quartos possuem chaves simples e que podem ser abertos por fora caso a pessoa tenha experiência com fechaduras caseiras. Infraestrutura dos quartos bem precária, chão do banheiro manchado, e instalações com sérios sinais de deterioração. Zero tratativa acústica. MUITO barulho da rua na madrugada.

Banheiro com mofo no teto, ar condicionado com mofo e filtros do ar muito sujo. Sem falar no vazamento pela parede. Foi necessário chamar a manutenção para, literalmente, lavar o ar condicionado. Enquanto o funcionário fazia a limpeza do ar condicionado, a camareira disse: “Mais um que pedem para limpar hoje”.

Legal o atendimento do Egídio Deixou a desejar: torneira da pia vazando, goteira no banheiro durante a chuva, rejunte do banheiro com mofo, ar condicionado com barulho, chave da porta "garrando", maçaneta da porta banheiro e do quarto falhando, porta do banheiro garrando.... Café da manhã com várias opções do mesmo tipo de biscoito Elevador: os botões não acendiam dando a entender não estarem funcionando.... Pontos positivos: estacionamento próprio,cardápio do restaurante, educação dos funcionários.
