The property was built in 2005 and has been continuously modernized. The kitchen from 2017 is fully and newly equipped. The dining area is spacious. Next to it is a cozy seating area with a fireplace. Thanks to the spacious terrace around the house, the outdoor area with barbecue facilities can be used all day. 2 cars can park on the fully fenced property. The garden house can also be used to store bicycles. There is also a barrel sauna available for use.
