The house was completed in 2013, consists of 2 floors and a (not quite) developed loft. The ground floor includes: living room (generously glazed in the direction of the lake and terrace), kitchen, bedroom, guest room, bathroom (bath and shallow shower - so well suited for older people), toilet, utility room. The upper floor consists of a single large room (studio) with a panoramic window towards Schliesee, which includes almost the entire - facing north wall surface, and a small separate room with toilet and hand basin. In the studio there is a seating area overlooking the lake, as well as a cozy TV area. From the studio, a simple wooden staircase leads to the loft. It is an open construction. The house is architecturally meticulously planned. The ground floor and the upper floor (studio) are connected by a wide, red spiral staircase. The entire furnishings in the ground floor and the studio are color coordinated. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom (2 x 90 X 2,00m) and the sofa bed in the guest room, the sofa groups in the living room and studio can be converted into sleeping arrangements. An additional double bed is located in the loft. The terrace (9 sqm) is covered or integrated into the house, so that you can sit and grill almost independently of the weather. Also from there you have a very good view of the lake. The property is over 2000 square meters, with some old trees in the shore area. The construction of the outdoor facilities is still in its infancy. It is only sown grass. On the shore is a private bridge of 8 m in length. Immediately adjacent lily pads and a narrow reed belt. There is a small rowing boat available, which may be provided free of charge (no contract component) .Reine men groups only on request. Access to the object only by name registered persons (unfortunately bad experiences made).
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
