"We stayed here for 4 nights in April 2023.The room was nice and spacious with a lovely big comfy bed and mini fridge in the cupboard. We had a problem with our hot water for a couple of nights but this was fixed after mentioning to reception. The setting of the hotel is nice with immaculate gardens but A LOT of steps to get anywhere. Our room was about halfway to the restaurant and was 116 steps down from reception! "Beautiful hotel, staff, and gardens! Tennis courts and spa. Beautiful pool area. Service is top notch at this 5 Star hotel in the “old town” side of Kathmandu. And I was very pleased with the location! I had in a club level room that came with several amenities, one of which was a free drink and snack during 5-7pm. For me, was an a local beer and momos and most of the time dinner. Room 418. Really enjoyed my stay. Namaste 🙏"

"The best thing about this hotel is the people who work here. Some of the most genuine people I’ve met. They really are here to support you and make sure you have a good time. Also great location. Clean rooms. Warm water for showering with good pressure. Beautiful rooftop terrace. "
