"Nice place to stay "

"This resort was simply amazing! Very luxurious, so well designed, the rooms have a wonderful view of the lake, and the service was 5 star! The staff were so friendly and helpful and happily picked us up in town after we had walked down to the lakeside road to spend a day shopping and eating. We got to meet Dorje and his wonderful wife and hear their story of building their dream resort. We would give this hotel/resort the highest recommendation and we considered changing our itinerary to stay there longer. "

"I was travelling solo whilst my boyfriend was on a separate trip in Nepal so decided to treat myself and I did not regret it! It was so calm and tranquil, definitely what I needed after 10 days of trekking. The food menu was extensive so I didn't feel the need to go out to lakeside and allowed me to enjoy my time there. Will definitely be back again and would highly recommend "

"I used Bar Peepal Resort as a base before and after a three-day trek to Mardi Himal viewpoint, without any expectations beyond being a place to stay. I was so pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness and friendliness of all the staff. It felt more like I was staying at a bed and breakfast and the feeling of being at home that that brings. They gave me advice on the city, helped me to organize transfers to the airport, and generally made me feel incredibly welcome in Pokhara and excited on the about the adventure I was about to take. "I stayed at a KGH The Maya Manor boutique in Kathmandu. Thought I’d give the Himalayan a try. Was not disappointed. Absolutely OUTSTANDING in every respect!! The room for clean and tidy, Guest services were outstanding… The views of the Annapurna range are beyond compare! The spa is incredibly affordable and relaxing! Great fitness center . All in all an outstanding stay and would go again!"
