"Such an amazing experience at this hotel, not only is the staff incredibly kind and attentive they are also so thoughtful. "I have knee problems and had to climb so many steps to get to restaurants. Don’t recommend if you are wheelchair or crutches bound since there’s no lift. Loved the surrounding which was quiet and peaceful walking through the jungle was safe. Best for relaxation and out of busy city life"

"It was a fantastic experience. We used the Puri Nadi Heated Pool Villa, and the pool in the room was very large and the water quality was good. The breakfast and dinner course tasted great, too. All the staff were kind and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. If I ever visit Ubud again, I would like to visit there again."

"We had a worst experience of staying in this so called villa in Bali. We are lucky that we had planned only one night stay there. It was so smelly, uncleaned,disgusting bathroom and without any privacy and basic facility. We haven't expected much in AUD 40/night but that is even higher rate for this kind of facility.Be careful, Guys!"

"The staff is really attentive to ALL of your needs. All staff was professional and if they didn't have the answer they were eager to get it for you. Lia, Warwan, Dewa, Risky, and Wendhi, are what make this property a truly mesmerizing experience for your trip. They go above and beyond providing you with exemplary customer service. These 5 people make this proerty what it is. Very clean rooms, and property. The restaurants provide a wide array of choices and the views are to die for. We definitely will be returning. "
