"The gym is very minimalistic unfortunately and the building does seem to run ventilation pipes but not in individual rooms. Heating uses radiators that are centrally controlled so expect not to spend much time in the room as the temperature could end up being unbearable depending on the time of the year. The location is great however and the staff are awesome and will go out of their way to help."

"Nice comfortable rooms. Checked in on Christmas, knowing it was Christmas, and called a day ahead asking what my dining options were. Was told there is a reservation only buffet that requires prepayment. Fine, I don't care, I need to eat. Prepayment options consistented of Polish only banking options which don't work if you're not Polish so I was told too bad despite offering to pay pash upon arrival or anything that would ensure I could eat. "Rooms displayed on website look nothing like the rooms you receive. We had two rooms. Both were small, dark and smelly. The bathrooms smelled like old water. One room was cleaned daily, the other room was not touched by cleaning staff in three days. Neither room had hung door cleaning request. They just came in to one room but not the other.
