Frankly speaking the room was NOT vacuumed, dirt was on the floor, etc. Front desk when informed about poor state of affairs offered complimentary breakfast, but I declined this "generous" offer... The only downside was it was too noisy when you open the window because it was directly towards the main road however it was the best apartment I’ve stayed in that area it’s so beautiful decorated and clean and massive space, the reception was really friendly and nice"

The Kärnten Card can be bought at the hotel and is a must-have for families. My children said “You have to give it 4 stars. Everything there is great. The kind people who work there, the beds, the scenery. Everything is amazing!”"
