You'll have access to the entire home during your stay. We just ask that you're mindful of noise after 8pm not to disturb our neighbours and treat our property with care as you would your own.

We will have the key to Dunescape ready for you on your arrival. We will make contact with you within the first 24 hours to make sure you're ok and comfortable at Dunescape Beach House.

Dunescape Beach House is located on a quiet street ,with a view to the north and is opposite a national park.

Prevelly Beach , a few minutes walk away , is one of the South Wests most beautiful and untouched beaches with miles of perfect white sand and clean clear water with safe swimming areas and world class surf breaks.

One of the best things about this area is the wonderful south western breezes which pass through the home to provide natural ventilation . We have a log fireplace in winter which is prepared for your arrival and lots of windows for the breeze to pass through in summer (no air -conditioning) perfect for the mild weather.

To make the most of your stay here you will need a car. If you're flying to Perth and driving south pre-book your car rental for pick up at Perth Airport or CBD.

We have a pets policy in place, so if you are thinking of bringing your pet you will need to discuss this with the property manager when making your enquiry.
Due to subdivision regulations cats are not permitted in the area, as there are a number of native birds and animals in the surrounding forest and bush.

Beautiful Area
We stayed at Dunescape Beach house to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday with family. The property was in the perfect location to walk to the beach and restaurants. There was plenty of spare for 7 of us and Marlu the dog loved the yard. Thanks Peter for the tip about the local golf course it was excellent!! We look forward to returning soon!

Property was lovely. Very clean and plenty of room. Loved the warm outdoor shower after a swim. Just watch out as fridge was turned off on our arrival. Beds super comfy and great outdoor areas. Only a short walk to the beach.

We stayed at Dunescape for 3 nights and we fell In love with this beautiful home. It had everything that we needed and was spacious and clean. We had 4 adults and 3 dogs with us. The garden was safe and a great place for our dogs to let off steam. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay too. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing property one of the nicest have stayed in
We had a wonderful 3 nights stay and everything about the house was just perfect. We took a little dog and was so lovely that the property was secure for him to laze around. The house is just stunning and so much room, spotlessly clean and everything you need for a wonderful break. Location is spot on within easy walking distance to the beach. I took my elderly Mum who has mobility issues and she even managed the walk down to beach which was just fab and she loved the house. I loved the outside space in the garden the view of the stars is something else. We had a little visit from a possum and made my night as not something I have seen before. Would highly recommend this house for a lovely break away. Thank you so much

Fabulous beach house
My family and I came down for Christmas and a summer break, and were not disappointed. The home was clean and space and in a lovely quiet location even at the busy time of the year. It’s in a great location walking distance to the beach, the Common and the park. Thanks to Peter and Cary for their hospitality and hope to be back one day.

We enjoyed our stay as we were able to take all 5 fur babies with us. The yard was fully secure so we didn’t have to worry about them exploring. The 2 legged tourists had a great time as well exploring the vineyards which were close by. The house was comfortable with plenty of areas to sit around enjoying our wine. Will definately be back.

House with almost everything you need, plenty of space for families and quiet location for relaxing. Close to the many beautiful beaches, coastlines and cafes. Outdoor space is perfect for dogs, with enclosed spaces for them to be housed securely when you are exploring the region.

Great location and property has everything you need. Felt the listing slightly misrepresented the property given we booked for two so they locked off the other bedrooms and bathroom. Completely understand so you don’t have to clean the whole lot, but perhaps make that known in the listing.
