The person on the phone spoke English so that was great. The apartment was fantastic! Very clean, new and had a full kitchen. The gym and party room was also very new. I would definitely go back there if I’m in Europe. I recommend it to my friends "

"The reception was fantastic, very informative and helped make us reservations in their restaurant which was excellent. The 2 issues was it took over 5 minutes to get hot water and did not last. The guest room beds had some some dirt on the sheets that we were able to get off but was not as expected. "
