Summary:
A lovely 3 bedroom property on a residential road in Linden, Gloucester, just a 10 minute walk from Gloucester City Centre. The large modern bathroom is located on the ground floor with walk in shower, freestanding bath and double vanity sinks. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living area with dining table which can accommodate 6 people. High chair and travel cot available. (we do NOT provide the bedding) .At the rear is a private garden. There is a driveway but it's not suitable for larger vehicles although there is unrestricted on road parking.

The Space:
Tudor house is a recently refurbished three bedroom property with a fully equipped kitchen and a private garden. Downstairs is a large modern bathroom, open plan lounge and dining room, There is a smart TV which with a fire stick that includes iPlayer, ITVX, Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube. There is a sofa bed in the lounge and bedding is provided and is stored in the Wardrobe in the front Bedroom. High Chair is stored in the kitchen and travel cot is stored under the stairs.

Upstairs are three good sized bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds.

There is off street parking on the driveway as well as unrestricted parking in the neighbourhood.
Perfect for Family Holidays or Contractors working in the Local Area.
Approx 30 minutes drive away is Cheltenham Race Course

Guest Access:
The property is self check in using the key box outside the property. You will receive a code within 48 hours of your check in date. You will have the whole property to yourself for the duration of your stay. You won't be sharing with anyone.

The Neighborhood:
The property is in easy walking distance to the historic Gloucester Docks and City Centre. Gloucester is known for it's magnificent Gloucester Cathedral. The stunning Cotswolds rural area is within easy reach.

Getting Around:
Gloucester have good transport links with access just off the M5. There are regular buses and trains running to and from the city and a good bus network within the city.
Close by is the City Centre of Gloucester where you will find Gloucester Docks and Gloucester Cathedral.
