Good for Centre of Gloucester
Staff are pleasant and the hotel is close to the centre of Gloucester. Lighting in rooms is not good if you want to work.

Great location if you want to go to the designer outlet but beds are hard and rooms cold

Uncomfortable beds
The rooms are clean and the satff are pleasant but the beds are very hard and uncomfortable compared to other travelodges. The heating does not work and so they have put small portable heaters in each room.
