"The older gentleman working there was so lovely, very helpful and was such a great first impression of the business. This was a last minute booking so we just needed a bed for the night, the duvet was a bit dirty (had some stains and bits on it) but overall the room was tidy and did the job. We had a double bed and I’d say it would have been worth the money to pay for a queen and have the extra room as it’s a tight double bed. "The accommodation was exactly what was advertised and about what you’d expect for the relatively inexpensive price. The room was tired but spacious and clean enough. Couldn’t locate an iron or board in the room. Don’t leave food out in the kitchen or the ants will be in it within about 10 minutes. Nice to have a mineral pool attached to the room. Close to a Four Square as well as a few takeaway options. Self check in worked for us. Communication was fine. "

"This motel looks quite scruffy from the outside but the unit itself had been refurbished and was quite spacious. Excellent beds and linen, but threadbare towels and no salt and pepper. A mirror by a powerpoint is needed for drying hair as the hairdryer can't be plugged in the bathroom. A handy location close to the beach and shops and surprisingly quiet at night."

"Lovely hosts and a fabulous room. I love it when the attention to detail in the room shows that the owners care. This was one of those times. A fantastic kitchenette and bathroom rounded it off superbly. Host were great at giving out tips and tricks of things to do and see. Juat across the road from the beach too. A shame to be leaving. "
