"The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was clean and simplistic but dated (especially the mattress), it does look as though they are slowly updating things one thing at a time. The A/C worked well. Limited T.V entertainment (2 channels),no access to platforms such as Netflix etc. "

"Gostei muito do hotel. Os funcionários são gentis e atenciosos. A cama é muito boa, o banheiro é grande e confortável. O serviço de limpeza do quarto é bom, embora tenha acontecido sempre quase no final da tarde. Tive problemas com o acesso ao canal Youtube na tv, liguei para a recepção e, mesmo sendo quase meia noite, o técnico veio rapidamente e resolveu. "Informed I would arrive late 🙄 person was upset when I arrived ! Was given a used bed sheets where not change , went to take a shower got locked in as door handle was broken ! Air-condition turned off during the day instead of turned down low ! Reviews need updating not the same place as it was before 👎 long term tenents not a place for foreigners "
