"This is a very cozy efficiency apartment with a private entrance and is attached to the host's home in a quiet out of town ranchette subdivision. There is also a private patio with a hot tub that is perfect for gazing at the stars under the Sonoran Desert sky. The property is a few miles outside of Florence where saguaro and cholla cacti abound. I was on a working trip but wouldn't hesitate to bring my wife to this property for a vacation. "I’m giving this a one star rating because: - the owner’s barking dogs - no hot water - stingy, dirty supplies and cookware - duct taped front door, packing taped floor fan, air conditioner, and bathroom accordion door - kitchen dishwater drains right out of a PVC pipe and onto the dirt - not environmentally friendly due to the formaldehyde in dish soap - the shower smelled like urine - two pills were found on the carpet upstairs - do they ever vacuum - a lot of long, black hair on the floor…and...

"Spent most of our time attending Spring Training games. One suggestion, but maybe I couldn't find it, was to have a plunger available in case of toilet plugging up. We did need one, not for the toilets, but for the side bathroom shower. Drain in shower stopped up to the point, we were standing in at least 3-4" of bath water."

"Cleanliness is important, and this was not clean. I don't know Vrbo owner standards but this can't meet them. Very disappointed. We only stayed 1 night and went to a motel instead. Quite an expense for us, but we could not stay here one more day!"

"The hosts were absolutely wonderful I only wish that all the stairs had been pictured on the listing. The cleaning crew could have done a little better job it looks like somebody's dog had trampled all over the futon and drooled all over it and there was a ton of dog hair and dust under the bed otherwise the place was spotless and the host offered to come clean it but I declined again they were absolutely wonderful and I would rent again but I would rent on the other side of their Apartments so...

"We have been going to Arizona the last 20 years to play in a mens baseball tournament for a week long. We usually have 10-14 men stay during the week. The house was plenty big for all of us. There's room for 7 cars combined in the garage and driveway which was ok for us this past week. Usually we'll have more but will worry about that next year.
