This property guarantees amazing mornings and relaxing evenings sitting on the tranquil 200sqft patio looking at the Roaring Fork River. Nothing was left behind when this lower level unit was remodeled in 2021. this extremely private lot will make you feel miles away from others, yet its only minutes from downtown Glenwood Springs.

This is a walk out basement unit that literally walks out 40 feet from the roaring fork river. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with oversized kitchen with plenty of space to unwind. The property is located at the end of a dead end road with tons of privacy

Beautiful Property

Wonderful little private apartment. The owners live up stairs & are a charming young family. The view of the river looks just like the pictures. So gorgeous really hope to return!
