This home offers streaming services only and does not have cable.

We HIGHLY recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance to help protect your vacation since NO REFUNDS if cancelled less than 14 days of arrival; inclusive of illness, flight delays, cancelled flights, storms, road conditions or road closures. We suggest CSA Travel Protection. Please inquire about coverage.

Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage. The full agreement and list of coverage details can be found in the Additional Rules section on the checkout page.

• Special events or larger gatherings are NOT permitted, maximum of 6 guests.
• For security purposes the exterior of the property is under 24 hour video surveillance.

• Pets not permitted.

• A limited stock of basic guest supplies are provided to start off your stay.

• Cancellation policy: Full refund if canceled at least 30 days of arrival, 50% refund if cancelled between 14-29 days of arrival, NO refund if cancelled less than 14 days of arrival.
