"We enjoyed our stay here. Love the decor and the location is brilliant. We walked everywhere from the hotel. Staff were friendly and provided us with milk whenever we needed it. The bus to the airport is just across the road which was really handy. Only negative is that there is a lack of storage."

"Great room on 6th floor. Good to have a small kitchen. USB points in room would have been useful. Location was superb for all city centre attractions. If planning to eat at Amelia Hall you better book, not mentioned to us on check in and we were turned away. "

"The hotel is within walking distance of the train and buses and lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. The room was clean but the pillows were very hard and couch uncomfortable. There was a strong smell of cleaning fluid especially in the lobby which was unpleasant. The breakfast was lovely and the staff friendly. "
