"Great location and a nice layout, but the second bedroom did not have curtains on the windows or air conditioning, which made it hot and uncomfortable. Extended family left after one night to avoid sleeping in that room again. Downstairs has a futon, not a pull out couch. This property is fine for two people, but doesn’t truly accommodate 6 people as promised. "

"First, we did not receive the welcome emails prior to 4 pm. We contacted the owner several times and VRBO. When VRBO finally reached him, he pretended to "resend" the emails with the entry code after 4:30. The property was exactly what we were looking for for a girl's trip UNTIL we noticed video cameras that had view of the ENTIRE studio, including the beds. We contacted VRBO immediately, took pictures, packed our things, and left while talking to customer service at her advice. She said that we...

"This is the perfect location. Walking distance to everything! Condo is perfect for 2 people and included extras like cooking spices, plastic & reynolds wrap, etc. And thanks for the beautiful weather! We hope to come back for a visit!"

"The cozy studio condo is a nice place. The listing description is mostly accurate. The "water view" is a stretch but that's not why we stayed here so it's wasn't a problem for us but there isn't much of a view. The location is great, very close to all Saugatuck has to offer. It's a nice walk into town. The condo is small but good for a couples weekend. Communication was good. Check-in and out was very easy."
