Bacchus Marsh, Lerderderg State Park in Bacchus Marsh, Kryal Castle, and the town of Ballan are just a few of the attractions our vacationers enjoy. Enjoy breathtaking country views, a peaceful atmosphere, and the company of our friendly farm animals at our chic farm stay set on 53 acres of land.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. This includes an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

NOTE: Please be advised that there will be other guests on the property. A second tiny house named "Rowsley Valley Tiny House 2" sits on the same property. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings. Upon arrival, please open the main gate and proceed to the second gate to find the tiny house.

Our local recommendations:
- Ballan is a small town close to top sights such as Werribee Gorge State Park, St. Anne's Vineyard, and Pykes Creek Reservoir.
- Kryal Castle provides an immersive medieval experience complete with a moat, drawbridge, maze, castle towers, stocks, and an armoury.
- Ballarat Wildlife Park is home to 100 friendly kangaroos that roam freely. Visitors can also pat a koala, cuddle a wombat, and join daily tours.
- Bacchus Marsh is a town not far from our property and is surrounded by dairy farms, mixed farming, orchards, market gardens, and pastoral fields.
- Lerderderg State Park in Bacchus Marsh boasts diverse landscapes, including grasslands, forests, and the steep-sided Lerderderg Gorge. The area is home to abundant wildlife, including populations of kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, and more.

- The property is located on Glenmore Rd which connects to the cities of Melbourne, Ballarat, Geelong and town of Bacchus Marsh through taxi, train, bus service or personal transport

- Pets are allowed by prior notice
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Telstra and Optus have good signals and the rest have weak signals
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
Farm guidelines
- Please keep the main gates closed to avoid animals' escape
- Please be advised that we have livestock (and noise) on our property
- Keep a safe distance from pets and farm animals as they are easily agitated
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- We also ask guests not to feed farm animals as they are on specific diets for their health
Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
