The Morgan Hotel

"We stayed in the superior queen room which was stunning. Plenty of room for a comfortable weekend stay and good amenities. There was some noise from outside at night but that’s to be expected being in the Temple Bar area. Regardless, we both slept really well. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Only downside would be being unable to cast media to the TV from my iPhone. It looks like this isn’t an issue for Android users."

"I have been aware of the Skylon Hotel for many many years but have never stayed there before. I was attending an 80th Birthday party at the hotel and decided to stay there. I have stayed in many many hotels throughout the world and can safely say my stay at the Skylon has been one of the very best. The check-in was very efficient and extremely pleasant and very informative. The room was very clean and tidy and had all the amenities one would require. The dinner for the 80th Birthday party was absolutely one of the best meals you could wish for and when it is served by extremely pleasant, efficient,friendly and personable staff then it makes for the perfect evening. Breakfast in the morning was again staffed by very efficient, personable and helpful staff. The immediate take away from this stay was just the homeliness of the Skylon Hotel, the friendliness of the staff, and the personable attitude of each staff member towards the customer. This hotel is ideally placed if you are visiting Dublin City centre of if you wanted a very nice Airport Hotel as it is suitably located for both areas. So yes a definite return will certainly take place again and will become my Go-to hotel when visiting Dublin or overnighting fir the Airport. Well done to all the staff and management for showing just how friendliness and helpful attitude can leave such a great impression on the Customer. Thank you all."

"Stayed in two hotels in this area and this was the best…better by far the Temple Bar Inn across the street. Clean, small but serviceable room. Has A/C, which I used even in the fall. Noise was not an issue and I liked the locations being walkable to so many things. I wouldn’t walk around much alone after very late for the revelers. Only slight negative is very slow check in if you arrive right at check in time."
Hotel Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin

"They say “the people make the place”, it’s so true. The Hotel is really well situated for sightseeing and transport ( Aircoach stops right outside) We were welcomed at the door and helped with our cases. The staff on the desk were very efficient and friendly. Our room was lovely and very clean, housekeeping was also very good, we were on the 5th floor and the corridor always smelled fresh. We had breakfast in the hotel, it had a great selection and the buffet was constantly being refreshed. The hotel always had plenty of staff in the Lobby and as we were two females visiting the city, the hotel felt like a very safe. All the staff that we spoke to were exceptional but ,we would like to send extra special thanks to Michael, what an asset he is to the hotel, always happy to help and always smiling and we enjoyed speaking to him each day. We will come back to Dublin next year and we will stay at the Gresham, it’s beautiful."

"We were very impressed by this hotel, and we really enjoyed our stay. It has a combination of old world charm and modern amenities. It is cozy and comfortable, and very quiet. Our room faced the street but the double glazing ensured we heard nothing. The hotel is in a great central location and the parking is very close by and easy to find. 22 Euro is a fantastic discounted price for parking across the road from Temple Bar. Highly recommended and will stay again when we visit Dublin."

Ashling Hotel Dublin

"We always enjoy coming to the Ashling when in Dublin. The staff was super helpful, especially when this time traveling with an infant. We were able to be checked in early and room was always well taken care of. Close to the Dublin Zoo, Jameson Bow Street, and with easy access to Hueston Station and Luas, puts the Ashling in a great location. And the Iveagh Bar is a nice place to relax with a drink at the end of the day."
