Jacob helped me find the entrance in the snow and then went out of his way to shovel the walkway down to the basement multiple times to ensure we were able to come and go safely. He was very communicative with quick reaponses and just very very kind. The lodgings were clean and well kept, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. And even though it is a basement apartment the sound insulation was superb and we really couldn't hear much noise...

Plus, my better half and our pup could join me. The home was lovely, clean, and just as described. The communications were great and the response time when there was an issue was blazing fast. The hot tub was a great treat after a long day of meetings. We will be back. "

"House is as advertised. We enjoyed very much. Two things to help, 1. Clearer instructions on where to park. (We parked in the wrong spot but fixed it quickly. 2. There is an A and a B house at the address. Make sure you go into A as it’s awkward walking into someone else’s house. Overall great experience! Thank you"
