"This was an excellent base location for folks who want to be close to outdoor recreation around Zion, north toward Brice, or south toward Kanab area. As depicted it is an old home with one tight bathroom. Heat and hot water were good. Our only real complaint was the shower head sprayed a lot out the back and was a bit limed up. "
