"My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. We particularly loved the location. Very close to several lively pubs and eateries but far enough away to be v quiet. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the kitchen well equipped the bed comfortable.. Minor quibbles, the duvet was a bit thin and it would have been nice to have a shower mat to avoid slipping "

"The laundry room was dirty. There were no instructions for using the stove, oven, water heater. No coffee maker and the kettle was corroded. The downstairs bathroom smelled awful. The beds were very uncomfortable. We tried to get an Uber but they refused to come to this address. The advertising of this house gave false expectations. The owners left a message that they needed to send an electrician to fix the dining area light. No one ever came so we had no light. "

"Overall beautiful apartment everything we needed and clean. But the mattresses and couches were very disappointing. Even our children 4y.o and 6 y.o did not sleep because the springs stuck through every mattress. Hubby and I had to sleep in seperate beds just to find a comfy spot. Please replace the mattresses. "

"The property had so much space. More than enough room for 6 people. There was several restaurants and Pubs in walking distance and lots of shops and even a coffee shop across the street. One of the Pubs had live traditional music at least twice in the five days we were there. We walked back from the Puns at 2am and felt completely safe. "

Joyce made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic vacation in her lovely home. So close to the water, restaurants and Galway. "The apartment was fabulous! The only negative was the check in/out process. You have to check in at the Western hotel, which means you have to park in the hotel's underground parking which is a disaster and you have to repeat the whole crazy process on check out. Once we got into the apartment it was lovley."
