"Our stay was exceptional. From check the staff were amazing. Friendly helpful couldn't do enough for you. Room was beautiful. Very clean with everything you would need for a stay. Had a meal in the restaurant witch was again above expectation. Again the staff were excellent. Overall can't fault our stay. Definitely 5 stars. Definitely be back and would highly recommend "

"I have to admit this has been my best choice of hotels I have booked in Pitlochly, such a quaint intimate hotel with superb staff who couldn't do enough for you. We met the owner who has such a passion for her hotel . Rooms were fab and very clean , just recently upgraded to such a high standard and very reasonable rate.we will defo be back again."

"Once over the threshold, it is both welcoming & engaging. There is a real “ personal “ touch & the owners are so “ hands on”& this care filters down through all their Staff. "The accommodation offered stunning views of the loch, complemented by a comfortable bed and delicious food. However, I recommend being cautious when making your reservations. Ensure you take a screenshot of your booking confirming the inclusion of a free breakfast, as we were informed after our evening meal that it wasn’t included, resulting in an additional on top of the £200 room rate we already paid through hotels.com. "Cottage is amazing and Annie was so accommodating! The arrival to an overwhelming basket was such a pleasant surprise! The cottage is very rural so plan accordingly. We enjoyed some relaxing home cooked meals and a great visit to the butcher for supplies. Definitely a place to go"

"We had a very relaxing few days here. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the check in process was completed quickly. We stayed in a two bedroom cottage, the accommodation was very spacious but still had a nice cozy feel to it. The on site restaurant served excellent food with a lovely atmosphere, just remember to book early as it was fully booked each night we were there. We will definitely be back."
