There is only one unit to cool both floors down. It was 87 when we were there and the unit did not keep the condo cool. They only allow one vehicle to park at the condo at night. I did not like leaving my car in an empty parking lot. Had I known this prior to booking I would have booked elsewhere

Very quiet stay
It had a lot of positives. There were some limitations to the stay however. Dirty dishes/silverware in the cabinets, tv’s were hard to figure out, air conditioner outdated and noisy… but overall it was comfortable and the area is absolutely beautiful. Close to hiking trails which is why we were there .. as well as close to town and shops.

Location was great . Place was just as expected . Water pressure was awful and was not working in the 2nd bathroom . Washer and dryer worked but very old . Place was spacious and clean .

Terrible beds, impossible to sleep in, extremely dated from the early 80’s, only one wall a/c unit after I filtered search for central a/c, parking for only 1 car, stairs when I requested main living area with no stairs and confirmed with a phone call to Vacasa but there where stairs 14 stairs just to get inside. Carpet smelled old, no furniture to enjoy out on balcony, balcony was peeling with paint everywhere, shower could not run strong if anyone else in unit using water, tea kettle had rust inside. More but exhausted and disappointed.

My VaCasa Stay
For my personal experiance it was difficult. I am disabled and it was a tedious process to climb or decend the steep stairs to and from the first level. I never attempted to ascend to the second floor... The existing window unit, at the base of the second stairwell, was not up to the task of cooling other than the close surrounding area. The bedrooms on that first level did not see the cooling benifit other than the provided fans. The second level bedrooms were quite hot, I was told..! As the weather began to cool we were able to open windows and sliding doors to mitigate the inside warmth. The first bedroom sliding screem has a 12 inch gash near the base that needs attention. It was there prior to our arrival. The showerhead in the bath needs replaceing. In conclusion.. you have a very nice property and I would consider staying there again especially if some of the condos have a first level on the ground floor. No More Stairs..!! Thank you and feel free to contact me...

NH birthday trip
Beware parking for this unit is awful if you have more then one car. You have to sign a parking Waiver that you only have one spot and the over flow parking is a ride from this unit. They do not make that clear until a couple of days before check in and that way you can’t back out. The GPS sends you to another building, a neighbor said it happens all the time and directed us to the right one. It is actually in Glen not Bartlett. The unit was clean with plenty of towels. I would not stay again due to the parking, it is a 4 bedroom with one spot?

Great location!
This condo was in a great location and had plenty of space. The view from the front deck was great! The only complaint is the beds in the downstairs bedrooms were not comfortable. Otherwise a very comfortable place to stay!

Oldie but goodie!
We had a great experience and other than a little water pressure issue, when both showers were being used. The staff was quick to answer any calls and questions and they would have sent out someone to check the water pressure issue but we declined. It was exceptionally clean! We will definitely rent again!

Convenient and clean!
This place was offered to us as a replacement when our expected rental home had a last-minute septic issue. It was super close to Story Land, but was thankfully very quiet and clean. The AC kept the downstairs cool but upstairs was very warm. There was a fan for one bedroom but not for the other one on the second floor, so sleeping was tough until temps cooled in the early morning. They only offer one overnight spot, which was great for us but can imagine would be tough if you went as a group. Four bedroom capacity (that sleeps eight) with only one overnight spot seems a bit inconvenient. Overall, a very good experience. I'd rent there again...but I'd bring an extra fan.

Sad, worn, & in bad shape
Nice view. One parking space - you're told this after you've paid and told if you don't agree to this policy, your reservation will be cancelled & you won't get your money back. Maybe mention this in the listing? Torn, stained, smelled horrible when we got here. Very dated and it's clear this place has been used hard and not updated for a long time. The fridge took 24 hrs to get cold, defeating the purpose of renting a place to save $ by cooking our own meals. Called Vacasa and was told someone would call to come fix it. No one did. Dishwasher was broken. My husband fixed that. stained bedding. Deck is rotting and doesn't appear safe for more than 2 guests. But since there are only 2 chairs on the deck for a 4-bedroom unit, we couldn't use it anyway. Stuffing is coming out of cushions and the arm of the recliner is broken - the cushion has flipped off and won't remain in place.

Summer Vacation
My family and I stayed at this home for 5 nights and had an awesome time! We have 3 kids (14, 11 & 8) and a dog and it was the perfect set up for us! There was plenty of room for all of us, actually more than even needed! If you have a dog this is a great place to stay! It was easy to take her out in the morning and go for a short walk. The location was ideal, not too far from great hiking, shopping and restaurants. My kids absolutely loved it! I also have to add that having a washer/dryer available to me was great! I hate coming home and having to do all the wash!

Great Spot!
We had a wonderful stay here from beginning to end. Perfect location for a family looking to combine hiking in the Presidentials or Crawford Notch, dining and shopping in North Conway, and of course Storyland for the young kids. The unit is well-situated on the second floor and is clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-stocked. We actually found it even more appealing than the photos. The property management company is great. They communicated well via email before our stay and sent us a text right before check-in with a personal contact and responded promptly to the one question we had. The only potential (and very minor) negatives are that the balcony doesn't have any privacy, that there is only one parking spot, that you need to drive over to the clubhouse to dispose of full trash bags, and that the non-stick frying pan needs to be replaced. None of these affected our stay in the least and we had a terrific time at this property! We didn't have time to try the pool, but it looks great. We would definitely stay here again.
