LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! It doesn't get much better than this. No matter what you would like to spend your vacation doing, our home is just minutes to all of it! Although the home is in a peaceful and quiet setting, you are conveniently located to any of the Mount Washington Valley's attractions. There is also neighborhood hiking access to Mt. Stanton and a private association beach located on the Saco River.

AMENITIES, AMENITIES, AMENITIES! This beautiful and extremely bright home was completed in October, 2018 and is being offered for rental beginning in Spring, 2019. It is an open concept home that features natural pine cathedral ceilings, four bedrooms, three full baths, a finished daylight/walkout basement with a family room, granite kitchenette, 70” television, and an air hockey table. The hot tub is located on the ground level and is completely secluded. There is ample parking, an indoor gas fireplace, and a 36’ oversized deck with a portion covered for shade.
The home has a fully equipped granite kitchen with an island and a built-in microwave. There is a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, and stainless-steel cookware set. The dining table has seating for six and there is additional seating for three at the island. In addition to a fully stocked kitchen, you will find most, if not all, of the staples necessary for cooking (spices, flour, sugar, salt, pepper, condiments, etc.)
The second-floor master bedroom has a king-sized bed with private full bath and large flat screen television. There are two first-floor bedrooms with another full bath. The first bedroom has a full-sized bed with a 40” flat screen television. The other bedroom has two twin beds. In addition, there is another bedroom on the ground floor with a queen-sized bed and another full bath. For rainy day fun, there are more than a dozen family board games in the closet. There are even indoor snowballs for summer snowball fights!

There is a Ring doorbell that monitors the driveway, front yard, and entry. There are no other cameras in or on the property.

Girls weekend reunion!
Four best friend from high school living in different states all meet up 40 years after graduating! We were thrilled to arrive and see such a clean and beautiful home! We had an amazing time! My family and I enjoyed our stay here overall; we had to vacate for a 4+ hour time window (with two dogs) for a plumbing issue to be resolved. The communications with Michelle about this were a little accusatory but otherwise pleasant.

Very nice house, really clean, well equipped and perfect for our three generation family vacation. Lots of space with the extra entertainment room downstairs. Hot tub was also very popular! Michelle is an incredible host and her property is just as perfect! Cozy, spacious, clean, and bright. Loved that we were able to take our dog on vacation with us. Super convenient location: a short walk to the Saco River, beautiful hiking trail up Mount Stanton, less than 5 minutes to a grocery store, <20 minutes to North Conway center, and 10 minutes to Diana's Baths. This house was perfect for our family of eight, 5 adults, 3 kids, and a small dog. It’s in a great location, spacious, clean, bright, and with all the comforts of home. The kids loved the air hockey table and board games. The hot tub was great, plenty of space on the front deck, and easy to use propane fire pit. Michelle is a great host and easy to communicate with. We look forward to staying here again!

Perfect NH house!
My family and I loved this house! It was beautiful, clean, and in an awesome location for so many family friendly things! It was great being able to take our dog along on our trip as well. The owner was friendly and very helpful. Absolutely no complaints! The only suggestion I could make would be to have a gate available for the stairs...our almost 2 year old really enjoyed going up and down haha! Thank you so much, we'll definitely be back! 🙂

We recently stayed at this lovely accommodation from May 19th to May 21st, and our experience was absolutely fantastic. The house exceeded our expectations in every way, particularly with its impeccable cleanliness. The kitchen was a nice surprise, as it was equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. From cooking utensils to appliances, we found ourselves lacking nothing. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the jacuzzi. It provided a much-needed opportunity to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. The location of the house couldn't have been more convenient. Situated near downtown North Conway, Story Land, and the outlets, we found ourselves just a stone's throw away from various points of interest. This allowed us to make the most of our time and explore the area without any hassle. Overall, our stay here was truly memorable, and we can't wait to return.

Every year we rent either a condo or house up in the white mountains. This is the first rental we have stayed in that was the perfect set up for our family, was clean, and had comfortable furniture. My husband and I had the upstairs master-it was very nice and having the window A/C was very much appreciated. We left the bedroom door open During the day to share the cool air with the main living area. My father and sister each had their own bedroom in the main level. My teenage son loved having the bedroom in the basement. He took over the entire basement as his own bachelor pad. The couch down there was the most comfortable couch I have ever sat on- it almost swallows you! This would be the perfect area to send kids down to run around and play. It was so spacious and comfy. We only use the hot tub once as it was pretty hot out most days. The kitchen is well appointed, and the recycling/trash set up is amazing. The only bummer about this rental, and I know it’s common for many other rentals, is that you have to take your own trash to the dump. The dump does not open until noon on Saturday and we wanted to hit the road before that so we ended up taking many bags of trash and recycling home with us. The main living room is nice, the guy spent a few nights watching TV. Everything is well cared for. I appreciate renters who have decent furniture rather than old beat up couches. The linens were in good condition. The house didn’t have any odors. The front porch was nice to both sit on but also hang out our beach towels to dry. It was a bit too buggy at night to use the fire pit – bring bug spray. While we were there the area had been in a drought so the river was very shallow at the swimming areas in the neighborhood. The area is so close to everything we typically do while visiting this area. Jackson is only a ten minute ride and there are several nicer restaurants up there. Of course North Conway is close by. We were able to bring our dog and she enjoyed having the front porch to hang out on. We just used some of the chairs to make a little barricade to keep her from getting out. I really can’t think of anything bad to say. I think this rental will be one we will return to! Michelle- can you please put in a pool to make this a 10 star!?

Incredible Gem!
Home is very clean and spacious. We had three kiddos and enjoyed the private beach and quite neighborhood for riding bikes. We also loved the deck with firepit. The owner was very responsive with all of our needs. Could not recommend this home enough! Thank you to the owners for sharing thos property. Location is second to none.

Perfect place for families to stay!
The property was even better in person than the amazing photographs from the listing! The layout of the house is absolutely perfect for families to comfortably stay together- I traveled with my husband and our young daughter along with another family with a young child and it was ideal for everyone! Clean, spacious, beautiful both indoors and out. I really can’t say enough wonderful things, and the location cannot be beat. I can’t wait to plan our next visit. Michelle was also incredibly responsive and a pleasure to communicate with.
