Dine alfresco on the shaded patio after grilling up a delicious meal. While on the beach, stick around after dark to make use of the firepit and stargaze.

This location is central to all you want to see in the Leelanau Peninsula area! Great home base between Sleeping Bear Dunes and Wineries! View of Lake Michigan is fabulous!

Love this property. Second stay here. However, this visit property was not as clean as it should have been. There was mold in the downstairs bathroom, spills in the fridge, windows dirty, etc.

Lakeside cozy condo
Cozy Lake Michigan beachside condo in the Homestead Resort. Walk the beach anytime, and then go into the lovely town of Glen Arbor just 2 miles away. Cozy and well appointed with ample sleeping space and 4 bathrooms!

Great Location
Nice living area. Nice master bed/bath. Downstairs is dark and gloomy and twin beds sleep like hammocks. Furniture in lower level has passed its life span. Patio was a mess but perfect location. Kitchen accessories were adequate. Decks off first floor bedrooms were green and slimy. There are some windows that don’t have screens. Lots of burned out light bulbs.

Great condo with excellent view
Location was excellent with direct access to the beach and amazing views. Condo was updated, roomy, well stocked and very clean. Unfortunately, we were not informed that the unit directly above was undergoing major renovations. While they kept the work hours from 12pm to 6pm, after 3 days of constant pounding, drilling and sawing we had enough and complained. My daughter and her husband left early due to the noise and we did our best to stay out of the unit during the day. All of this could have been avoided with better upfront communication between owners and with VRBO as we would have stayed elsewhere.

This was our first year at Beach Comber 15. Location is perfect for us. The unit is well furnished. No updating needed for decorations or appliances. The unit was spacious enough for our group of 4 adult couples. Easy access to a beautiful beach. Will be "up North" again next year and, if the unit is available, will rent it again.
