The Space:
It’s the perfect location with a perfect view that can be enjoyed in all four seasons. Situated in the sought after private South Beach area of the Homestead resort, right in the middle of Sleeping Bear Bay, you will find Sleeping Bear point to the west, Pyramid Point to the east and the Manitou Islands just off the coast. Take in the breathtaking views from your deck and watch the sun set while you plan your next adventure in one of the most beautiful places in the country.
Beautiful second level 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a balcony facing the beach. A panoramic bank of windows for the lake view. Master bedroom has a master bath with a jacuzzi tub. There is a cozy fireplace with firewood available, plenty of seating as well as a bar area in the dining room. Sleeps 8 with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a pullout couch in the living room. The second bedroom has two bunk beds to accommodate 4 people. There is a smart TV with cable and DVD player in the living room. The master bedroom also has a TV with cable. There are ceiling fans throughout the condo.
The whole place is yours! Homestead Beach Club amenities are NOT available (pool, spa, gym, tennis). However, there are tennis courts, bike trails, and golf courses nearby that are open to the public. Bikes, canoes, and kayaks are all available for rental. In the winter, nearby Crystal Mountain and The Homestead Resort are easily accessible for downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowboarding.
Just steps away from the crystal white sands and clear blue water of a private Lake Michigan beach, you can play with the family, search for Petoskey stones or simply relax and take in the unmatched scenery. Enjoy the serenity of numerous trails that wind through your “backyard” as well as direct access to the Crystal River for fishing, tubing or kayaking. Only minutes from downtown Glen Arbor, you can easily walk or bike to explore the many restaurants, shops, and galleries this quaint village has to offer.
Less than a mile to downtown Glen Arbor by road or by beach! This quaint town is filled with unique treasures, specialty items and a variety of restaurants to discover during your “up north” vacation. Visit the original Cherry Republic, the famous Art’s Tavern, the Totem Shop, Leelenau Coffee Roasting Co. and the Pine Cone. There is a grocery store, a bait shop and many other local shops to accommodate all of your needs during your stay. Minutes away from downtown, you’ll find the infamous Heritage Trail, a 20+ mile paved, multi-use trail showcasing several destinations within the Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore. Hop on the famed M-22 Scenic Drive to explore the little villages scattered around the Leelenau Peninsula. Popular destinations just a short drive from Glen Arbor include Frankfort, Traverse City, Suttons Bay, historic Fishtown in Leland and Northport. Glen Arbor is the perfect central point to explore the surrounding ‘Pure Michigan’ beauty.

Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Fall, winter and spring rentals require a 2-night minimum stay, with the exception of holiday weekends that require a 3-night minimum stay.
