Ola was a great host to bring us keys and get us settled!
Nice large house with many bedrooms and several baths. Clean and comfy! Kitchen well stocked! In the middle of nature but easy access to Charlottenberg, Arvika and Karlstad! Wonderful wood stove in the Living Room!

Nice spacious home with basics included
First of all, Ola was a great host. The house is spacious and provides a lot of options. The garden is well designed but doesn't provide any real terrace / outside sitting area which due to the rainy weather for us wasn't a problem. There is a nice and good balcony available. Overall the house is somewhat dated but all is there and functional. What not completely functional was is the toilet and shower, the toilet in the hall can't be used completely and neither could the shower. Hence, you only have 1 shower and toilet (upstairs and in the cellar). Not the end of the world but don't expect 2 fully functional toilets and showers. Be aware that the current description of the property (aug 23) isn't clear on a couple of things: - (end) Cleaning fee is mandatory - Electricity usage can be payed beforehand (fixed fee) or afterwards (20 sek / kwh) Ola was understanding in this and resolved this promptly
