"The house was an ideal setting to see in the new year. The area has lots of interesting walks and cycling routes. The hosts provided plenty communication ahead of the booking and accomodated for our youngest guest (1 year old). The property could benefit from a few more kitchen essentials (bin bags, dish clothes etc), but this a wasn't major issue. All in all, a really nice stay."

"Glenterry is located in a secluded area of Dumfries & Galloway less than 10 minutes drive between Gatehouse of Fleet and Kirkcudbright. It is a very quiet area with the only other property for miles a couple of hundred yards away. The house was spotlessly clean, centrally heated and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. "Park Cottage is set in a lovely location in Cally Woods (so many great walks and cycle opportunities). Also with use of the Cally Palace Hotel facilities including the swimming pool. However the house was unclean, especially the kitchen with unusable pans and not enough cutlery to sit 9 people in one setting. There was black mould on the downstairs bathroom ceiling.
