I often visit Glasgow for shopping and this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The hotel is walking distance to the main shopping centres. The highlight of this hotel is the customer service and staff. They really go out of their way to make sure the check-in and stay in the hotel is as comfortable as possible. The room in this hotel is excellent and very comfortable.

A very nice stay. Staff were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. The room was a little small. However, it is a city hotel and everything you need was in the room. The breakfast was great. All fresh and lovely laid out. The staff were very efficient and helpful. We never ate any other meals at the hotel but others said it was nice. It is right in the centre but I heard no noise at all. Very convenient for the shops and the railway stations.

Great stay at this hotel. Double room although being on the small side, was good for 1 night stay. The room was quiet and perfectly blacked out for a great nights sleep. The staff were helpful and friendly during check in. The breakfast was fantastic! Great choice of items and everything well cooked. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff are all excellent and made me feel valued and it’s a lovely hotel that I’ve used a few times now The only downside to my my room overlooked a busy side street with noisy xmas revellers passing by until the early hours

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the beds and bathroom were spotless but the carpet in the room was heavily stained and dirty looking. Breakfast was excellent and again very pleasant and helpful staff.

Night out in Glasgow
Nice friendly hotel in the heart of city centre. Next to Queen St Station, just a short walk away. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly. We had only booked the one night as this was a treat before Xmas, but wouls cvertainly go back

Staff at the hotel were exceptional - really professional and keen to make our stay the best it possibly could be. My dietary needs were fully met and the waitress in the restaurant really was kind and attentive at breakfast. when we arrived we were upgraded to a larger room as we were attending a wedding and had lots of clothes etc. wonderful stay.
