Reasonable hotel in a good location. Staff friendly and helpful. The room was very noisy with several large electrical units located about 2 metres outside the window. So not great The breakfast was truly awful. Very possibly the worst attempt at a cooked breakfast that I have ever had the misfortune to eat. You could really taste the savings.

Had a long weekend stay here at the start of December and loved every second. The staff first of all were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, professional, chatty, helpful and really made us feel so welcome. The room was gorgeous for the price, we felt we got really good value for money which is so rare these days. The hotel is very conveniently located, with the centre at the doorstep, and easy access to public transport if you’re venturing out of the centre. Breakfast was lovely too!

Was a lovely stay, very good facilitys and great breakfast. However, when checking into a room that was booked as 1 adult, 1 child, we were told i would not be allowed to stay if i was not 18. Despite the listing clearly stating that the hotel check in age was 18 not the staying age. After telling the staff how far i had travelled i was reluctantly allowed to stay. Possibly the listing of this hotel on different websites should reflect the policies they uphold. Very big shame as our stay was perfect otherwise!

Lovely clean, comfortable and nicely decorated room, if a little on the small side. Bed small but comfortable and we slept well, and loved the choice of pillows! Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent although the kitchen door opening suddenly into the breakfast area was a little hazardous. The hotel is in a great location close to Buchanan Street and the subway, and parking is very convenient in the multi storey opposite. Room was described as being soundproofed but wasn’t very!

Great for an overnight stay whilst visiting the theatre. Lovely comfortable clean room if a little warm for our tastes and no obvious way to control the temperature. Self serve breakfast was varied and plentiful with staff on hand to offer options other than the scrambled eggs which were served with the cooked breakfast items. One thing which was really nice to see was fat free yogurt being made available with the fruit and cereal. Reception staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Not the cheapest overnight stay but still value for money I thought.

Perfect package
One night in town after flight. Excellent service and warm welcome from reception staff. Room was warm and clean. Great comfy bed and good shower. Next morning we had one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts in a long time. Great selection and hot food was hot and not dried out with proper fresh grilled tomatoes and tasty mushrooms. Bread was also good quality. Well done folks

I think it was good place for the price. We loved the shower, hight water pressure and hot water was hot enough. People were always welcoming and friendly. We didn’t eat breakfast there so I can’t tell about the food.
