"Two grandparents, two parents and two children . The stairs were a littl tricky w no rail but the ability to close the downstairs and easily child friendly was perfect. We had everything we needed. There was confusion re high chair but woman on site manager got one the next day. Would definitely go back"

"My husband and I and 1 and 5 year old stayed with 2 other families. This house was fantastic. The top bedroom is great and there was a space on the landing outside for the cot. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and the ground floor has a spacious living room, kitchen and dining room with a small outdoor courtyard and a bathroom with a washing machine and tumble dryer. "Very nice medium size house in a nice suburb. Very convenient location. Owners answered the phone for a simple question. Very comfortable and would stay here again "

"This is a clean, comfortable house, situated about 1.5 miles from the centre of Kinsale. It's well appointed with everything you would need in a vacation rental. As the owner states, your own transport is essential. We found some difficulty with getting a taxi from Kinsale once it goes beyond 8 - 9 o'clock in the evening. The Bulman gastropub is well worth a visit, only 5 minutes by car. You need to be in good shape to manage the hills around the property if you're walking!"

"We had never been to this part of Ireland. And Kinsale is a lovely area to stay around. Denise and Darlene - the delightful twin sister hosts could not have been more helpful. They were always attentive and informative but never intrusive. The property - restored by the sisters to its former glory is beautiful. The facilities are great and it has a beautiful vista over the Bandon. Kinsale itself is a lovely town with great pubs, restaurants (Bulmans and Man Friday were great), cafes and places...

"The house was nice and quiet. It was advertised with a view of the ocean, however the hedge was so tall it was not possible to see over it for the view. In addition, the house could use a few basic instructions on the switches, stove, washer/dryer, etc readily available, in addition it would be nice to have a few more hand towels and hooks so guests can hang them to dry. Overall the place was a solid performer, lots of room to spread out; not walkable to a town but a short curvy drive in."

"We just enjoyed an incredible stay at Mews #6, while a large group of relatives rented four of the newer lodges on the Castlemartyr property. For ten nights we enjoyed cozy digs while being in very close proximity to the rest of the family. Although in need of a few repairs, the cottage suited us well, providing comfort and charm.
