"A perfect place for a couple and one single to stay in Sandsend. Very well equipped kitchen with all you could possibly need. The property was really warm and cosy for our New Year stay and the check in process using the key code on the safe box was so easy. You enter through a communal door - don't be put off by the entrance hall which could do with a bit of TLC to bring it up to the standard of the Beachside apartment - guess that is out of the jurisdiction of the owners of the individual...

"High Spec apartment that was spacious and very clean. Showers powerful and hot. Beds very comfortable. The apart is front line on the crescent with lovely sea views and great for people watching. In a lovely quiet part of whitby. Couple of tiny issues fire alarm was activated and we evacuated building not sure of procedure for this."

"It's definitely got the wow factor as soon as you walk in. The views from the windows (not so much the kitchen one though) are amazing! Overlooking the beach and sea. The place was spotless, very clean and tidy. Good size rooms with comfortable beds. We had to put pressure back in the boiler but there are simple instructions on the boiler itself. The shower took some figuring out. Very close to all the shops and amusements... little 2-5 minutes walk for whatever you need. The perfect location....
