Experience the charm of Barney Church House, a historic residence dating back to 1919 that has been lovingly transformed into a warm and welcoming home.

This extraordinary space will be exclusively yours to enjoy throughout your stay. Nestled in a picturesque village on the Mid North Coast, it offers convenient access to the renowned surf beach of Crescent Head and the scenic shores of Hat Head, both just a short half-hour drive away. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the fascinating Trial Bay Goal and Smokey Cape Lighthouse, which are also nearby and well worth exploring.

Inside the house, you'll find ample room with two cozy bedrooms and one generously sized master bedroom featuring its own ensuite bathroom. The common area boasts a spacious couch that comfortably accommodates an additional two guests for a restful night's sleep.

For your convenience, a complete laundry facility with both a washing machine and a dryer is at your disposal.

Please note that, due to the nature of the historic windows, there are no fly screens. Rest assured, this has not posed an issue for previous guests.

The house comfortably accommodates up to eight people, and if you require extra guests, please arrange this in advance. Additional guests will incur an extra charge of $25 per person, per night. Any supplementary linen and towels will be provided if additional guests are charged. If you use extra linen without prior arrangement for additional guests, an additional fee will be applied.

Please be aware that we strictly prohibit bookings for parties. We aim to maintain a tranquil and respectful environment for all our guests.
