The living room is separate from the bedrooms and the doors close so you can put the kids to bed and still stay up without worrying about waking anyone up. We could walk to a few restaurants though the immediate neighborhood itself was run down. We stayed with another couple but there was only one King room with its own bathroom so they stayed in one of the Queen rooms. Very comfortable otherwise. "
