The only complaint was that being a vegan there were no vegan options on the menu. They did try to accommodate me with a pasta dish but it wasn’t good at all though I appreciated the effort. The restaurant and drink prices are quite high but Switzerland is expensive. You need a car for that location. All in all a nice stay. "

"Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our first visit to Luzern. Train station is just across the street in a wonderful neighborhood. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. We especially loved the location. Everything you would want to see and experience is a short walk. The shopping, dining and convenience to the train station below the station was amazing. "

"We were welcomed with a drink on the beautiful balcony while they brought our bags to the room. The room was spacious and air conditioned, however; the comforter was heavy. The breakfast was wonderful. A very nice buffet with an incredible view. They even had mimosas! The spa and outdoor tub looked nice but we did not use. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Super happy, helpful staff. Family room was just as expected - a good size. Bathroom was small, but had/did everything we needed! Car park was tight to get in/out of, but good to prevent windscreen frosting over. Location was perfect to visit Titlis and Luzern etc and breakfast offer was fair! "
