"Took a long time for the shuttle to pick us up from the airports. We were told it would be about 10 min then called back after 15 and were told 10 min again called back after another 15 and told he was almost there. Took 40 min at midnight. Once they picked us up, they were very nice and everything else went pretty smoothly. The AC leaked when we turned it down and the caulk was coming up in the bathroom but otherwise clean and neat with friendly staff."

"I loved the views and that we had access to amazing grocery store (similar to Whole Foods) with a 15 minute walk (it’s moderate intensity to walk as some of it is uphill.) loved the huge rooms , even with the kitchen and all the amenities of an apartment and of course the balcony! "

"The staff was very helpful and accommodating throughout my whole stay. It’s a 13 min bus ride from the train station Area. "

"This is the perfect location to access all that Como has to offer, it's close to the ferry to other places on lake Como. There is a myriad of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was helpful and polite. This was our second stay at this location and I recommend it. "

"Rooms on the back side overlook a dirty green zone and our room was placed in the newer building while we would have preferred being in the old building. Access to spa and swimming pool has to be made trough the entrance and the lobby plus the bar, not very adequate in bathing gown. Otherwise, very nice staff and good kitchen. Service at the bar a little too superficial."
